Responsibilities

• Close gaps between Emulation IP and Design IP
• Report metrics and drive improvement initiatives
• Provide technical leadership for Emulation IP requirements
• Stay updated on industry standards and changes
• Validate test plans for quality and coverage

Requirements

• 15+ years in emulation, verification, or IP development
• Expertise in PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet interfaces
• Hands-on with emulation platforms like Zebu
• Proven track record of leading IP product development
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
