Key Responsibilities

• Define specifications for high-speed serial-link transceivers
• Model performances in MATLAB/Simulink/C environments
• Lead sign-off activities across relevant protocols
• Perform lab validations to ensure silicon performance
• Troubleshoot systems and algorithms for customer support

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Over 8 years in high-speed communication design
• Expertise in SERDES modeling tools
• Skilled in scripting/programming for automation
• Strong foundation in equalization and coding technologies
