We are looking for a high volume contract Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. As a contract Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

Top Priorities

  • Own and manage 30+ non-tech requisitions simultaneously
  • Screen and manage hundreds of applicants per role efficiently
  • Run high-volume hiring pipelines without bottlenecks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, not an order-taker

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
  • Drive intake calls, align hiring strategy, and manage expectations
  • Track funnel metrics (conversion rates, drop-offs, time-in-stage)
  • Identify and fix hiring bottlenecks proactively
  • Maintain strong candidate experience despite high volume

  • Experience handling 30+ reqs simultaneously (non-tech)
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong stakeholder management — you can push back when needed
  • Ability to process hundreds of applications without losing quality
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
