We are looking for a high volume contract Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. As a contract Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

Top Priorities
- Own and manage 30+ non-tech requisitions simultaneously
- Screen and manage hundreds of applicants per role efficiently
- Run high-volume hiring pipelines without bottlenecks
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, not an order-taker
What You’ll Actually Do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Drive intake calls, align hiring strategy, and manage expectations
- Track funnel metrics (conversion rates, drop-offs, time-in-stage)
- Identify and fix hiring bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain strong candidate experience despite high volume
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience handling 30+ reqs simultaneously (non-tech)
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong stakeholder management — you can push back when needed
- Ability to process hundreds of applications without losing quality
- Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
