About the role

This role supports high-volume hiring operations in a fast-paced onsite environment. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for frontline workforce roles with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Drive high-volume hiring (15+ hires per week) for hourly workforce
  • Conduct candidate sourcing via walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews
  • Perform initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screening, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS and partner with onsite hiring managers

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting (hourly / blue-collar workforce)
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coordination skills for onboarding, background, and compliance steps
  • Experience in transportation / driver hiring or similar roles preferred
