E&M Company General Manager / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Oversea) (Electrical Automation, HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage)

Qualifications

• Strong E&M experience in Railway / Building / Large Infrastructure projects
• Strong E&M knowledge of civil, building, structural & multidisciplinary coordination
• Strong leadership in complex building projects
• 12 – 15+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field; possess excellent cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Construction Engineering industry and over 5 years of project or company management experience; experience in a complete project cycle (bidding, execution, settlement) in overseas (Middle East is preferred), with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with excellent business communication and negotiation skills, and able to liaise with local clients, government agencies, and international partners.
• Strong resilience, execution ability, and problem‑solving skills; aligned with company culture; and able to work long‑term overseas.
• Priority will be given to candidates with successful project management experience overseas, especially those with established project track records or client resources in the overseas (e.g. Middle East) market.
• Familiar with relevant European and American design and construction specifications, laws, and regulations would be a great advantage.
