Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various IT skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate salary and close candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT/technical recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong screening and interviewing skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies/skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / related field
- Experience working with multiple IT roles (Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.)
