Urgent Requirement

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with experience in the MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building complex web applications using MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Next.js, RTK, and NodeJS. As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of new features, maintaining and improving the existing codebase, and ensuring the highest level of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MERN stack with React.js, Next.js and RTK.

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with the development team to define, design, and ship new features.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

• Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and tools.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues with the application.

• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in developing web applications using MERN stack with Next.js and RTK.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies

• Experience in building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Next.js, RTK, and Node JS.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / Typescript

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

• Familiarity with web development tools such as NPM, Webpack, Babel, etc.

• Experience with Git version control system and related workflows.

• Understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Ability to write unit tests and perform automated testing.

• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
