Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our staffing agency. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various client accounts while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours:

No less than 40 per week
