Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Marketer / Outreach Coordinator to drive client growth through digital marketing, outreach, and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with both clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our online presence (social media, Google, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, referral sources, and partners
• Set appointments and coordinate meetings with facilities and families
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior communities
• Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Track leads, conversions, and outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare outreach preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
