Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and place qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers into home care and complex care roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand staffing needs and match candidates accordingly.
  • Manage shift bookings and ensure continuity of care through effective scheduling.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates, including onboarding and training guidance.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in home care or complex care recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements (DBS, training, right-to-work).
