Job Summary
The Home Health Personal Care / Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth through relationship-building, market analysis, and strategic outreach. This role requires a motivated sales professional with healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF's), and social workers
- Conduct daily in-person visits to referral partners to grow and maintain census
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop targeted growth strategies
- Perform market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for expansion
- Prepare and submit documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase referrals
- Evaluate competitors and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
- Address and resolve client satisfaction concerns
- Participate in team meetings to identify additional business opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Effectively communicate federal and state regulations impacting home health services.

- Proven sales and closing ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding census goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prospect, develop, and manage a referral territory effectively
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily field activities
- Knowledge of home health services, personal care, and healthcare industry practices
- Understanding of Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development
- At least 1 year of marketing experience
- Prior healthcare or home health sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
