Job Summary

The Home Health Personal Care / Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth through relationship-building, market analysis, and strategic outreach. This role requires a motivated sales professional with healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF's), and social workers
  • Conduct daily in-person visits to referral partners to grow and maintain census
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop targeted growth strategies
  • Perform market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Prepare and submit documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase referrals
  • Evaluate competitors and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
  • Address and resolve client satisfaction concerns
  • Participate in team meetings to identify additional business opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations
  • Effectively communicate federal and state regulations impacting home health services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience
  • Prior healthcare or home health sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
