About
As the Hospital Marketing Manager, your role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the hospitals services, increase patient footfall, enhance brand awareness, and build strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to achieve patient volume and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the healthcare sector
- Plan campaigns for specialty services such as OP, IP, diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.
- Manage hospital branding, advertising, and promotional activities
- Oversee digital marketing including social media, Google Ads, and website updates
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Coordinate with internal doctors to promote their specialties
- Track and improve referral business
- Develop partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs
- Handle corporate health check-up programs
- Maintain relationships with key accounts
- Ensure excellent patient experience and feedback management
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and satisfaction surveys
- Improve patient retention strategies
- Monitor marketing performance including patient inflow, revenue, and ROI
- Prepare monthly reports and insights
- Analyze competitor activities and market positioning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration (preferred)
Experience
- 37 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing
- Experience in handling both offline and digital marketing is preferred
