Introduction
A leading luxury tourism group is offering an exciting hospitality career opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join their portfolio of exclusive luxury lodge destinations in Botswana. This is a remote role, open to candidates residing in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban, with national and international travel as required.
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth by developing, managing, and expanding a portfolio of high‑value clients within the global premium travel market. Working across multiple lodges, this position focuses on strategic account management, new business development, and cross‑selling properties within the group. This is an ideal role for a results‑driven professional with a strong network in luxury travel, tour operators, and destination management companies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality sales (essential)
- Proven success as a sales executive within high‑end lodge or resort environments
- Established client database within the global 5‑star and exclusive travel market
- Relevant hospitality or sales qualification (advantageous)
- Experience working with tour operators, DMCs, and event planners
- Strong analytical, strategic, and data‑driven sales approach
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing
- Experience with ResRequest (highly beneficial)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and valid passport
Package
- Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 per month
- Performance incentives to be discussed during interview
