About
We are looking for a data-driven personality in HR Analytics who translates people data into actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with HR, management, and other departments to enable informed decisions and support strategic initiatives based on data.
Responsibilities
- Collection, preparation, and analysis of HR data (e.g., recruiting, turnover, performance, engagement)
- Creation of dashboards and reports for monitoring relevant HR key figures (KPIs)
- Identification of trends and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and managers
- Development of forecast models (e.g., turnover risks, personnel requirements)
- Ensuring data quality in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
- Automation of reporting processes
- Preparation and presentation of results for non-technical stakeholders
- Support of initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)
- Compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Qualifications
- Completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or comparable
- 2–5+ years of professional experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / Data Analytics
- Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python or R
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey data understandably
