Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling for hiring managers and candidates
- Help prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files
- Assist with job postings and candidate tracking through the applicant tracking system
- Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and compliance
- Respond to general HR inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR operations

The Successful Applicant
- HR internship experience required (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations)
- Bachelor's degree or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
