People Automation & AI Program Manager
Doctolib
About the role
About Us
At Doctolib, the “People Strategy team” drives the “People roadmap” and improves the efficiency and performance of all People function teams (TA, HR Ops, Talent Development, and People Engagement).
As a “People Automation & AI Program Manager”, you will build and manage a portfolio of automation and AI initiatives across the People function, ensuring that use cases are prioritized, governed, adopted, and deployed in a controlled manner.
You will work directly with the People Systems, IT, and Data teams, and report to the People Strategy Senior Manager, under the direction of the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Rethink our processes and accelerate continuous improvement through automation:
- You design, develop, and deploy bots, AI-based workflows, and automation tools that solve real operational problems within HR processes.
- You own the construction of these solutions end-to-end: from scoping and prototyping to testing, launch, and iteration.
- You define success indicators and continuously improve solutions based on usage data and feedback.
Be a strategic partner on HR tooling and product topics:
- You develop a deep understanding of use cases and friction points across the entire HR function, from recruiter workflows to employee lifecycle and training management.
- You translate business needs into functional specifications and build or co-build solutions yourself, working directly with People Systems/HRIS, IT, and Data teams.
- You prototype quickly, test with end-users, and iterate to deliver tools that are truly adopted and consistently used by teams.
Drive operational excellence and embed a culture of efficiency:
- You define documentation and best practices that enable consistent and effective use of automation and AI tools across all teams.
- You support change management, train teams on new workflows and tools, and share measurable results and successes achieved.
