HR Consultant (w/m/d) - Schwerpunkt Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Focus: External recruiting for our clients (RPO)
• Outsourced HR department for our clients: operational and strategic personnel work
• HR - Digitalization: Setup of various HR IS systems, process automation
• Client support: Weekly calls + on-site client visits
• Payroll/Labor law topics: Preparatory payroll topics, sick notes, etc.
• HR projects
• Possibly HR interim assignments on-site at clients

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, especially in recruiting
• Experience in operational as well as strategic personnel work
• Experience in implementing HR software systems
• Strong conflict resolution and consulting skills as well as communication strength
• High degree of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, pragmatism, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
