Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator & Office Manager to support our people operations and office environment in Paris. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys administrative work, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination (50%)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including paperwork, system setup, and employee communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
  • Help ensure HR compliance by organizing and tracking required documentation
  • Support payroll coordination by gathering and validating employee data (in partnership with finance or payroll providers)
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and processes
  • Assist with internal HR processes such as performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Office Management (50%)

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, functional, and welcoming workspace
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office maintenance and handle facilities-related issues
  • Plan and execute in-office events, team lunches, and company gatherings
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office logistics
  • Support travel coordination and logistics for employees and visitors

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, office management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks
