About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a HR Coordinator/Recruiter to partner with HR leadership in managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting broader HR initiatives. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for employees, contractors, and interns
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Serve as a liaison to external staffing agencies
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates and coordination
- Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring processes
- Assist with additional HR initiatives, including employment verifications, events, and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience (recruiting required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
