Position Overview

We are seeking a HR Coordinator/Recruiter to partner with HR leadership in managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting broader HR initiatives. The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for employees, contractors, and interns
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
  • Serve as a liaison to external staffing agencies
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates and coordination
  • Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring processes
  • Assist with additional HR initiatives, including employment verifications, events, and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience (recruiting required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
