Job Description

  • Responsible for HR reports covering headcount, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, absence, pay, and other key people metrics.
  • Create accurate and timely dashboards and analysis, making sure the data is reliable and consistent.
  • Turn business and stakeholder needs into clear reports and Power BI dashboards that are easy to understand.
  • Improve and automate HR reporting processes, working closely with HR Shared Services.
  • Provide insights and explanations that help HR and business leaders make better decisions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for HR data in cross‑team reports and company-wide dashboards.
  • Support wider HR analytics work, including using tools like Python, R, and large data sources.
  • Ensure all reports follow HR data governance standards and data protection rules.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of three years' experience in HR data analysis, business analysis, or data management, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
  • Proven ability to build reports and dashboards, with strong expertise in advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Skilled at explaining insights through clear narratives and effective data visualisations.
  • Familiarity with R or Python is desirable, along with experience using HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SF Analytics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
