HR Data Engineer (m/w/d) - Datenbankentwicklung/BI, Ingenieurwesen

Your Tasks

• Development and maintenance of global HR data models in SAP BW to support analysis, planning, and reporting processes in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Implementation and further development of the global authorization concept for HR BW.
• Ensuring system operation, including the management of internal and external IT service providers.
• Advising HR analytics managers on requirements clarification and system usage, as well as conducting training.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of global HR data management and provision of data-based recommendations for action to optimize personnel strategy.

What You Bring

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Human Resources Management, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience with SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud, ideally including BW planning solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and interest in HR processes.
• Analytical strength, structured working method, and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English skills.
