We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled HR Director / Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our human resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal staffing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, employing effective interviewing techniques.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Leverage social media management tools and platforms to enhance employer branding and generate candidate leads through cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted lead generation strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay informed on HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Paychex for accurate data management and reporting related to talent acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR leadership and/or talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Experience with talent management, social media recruiting, and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
