We are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR & Executive Personal Assistant to support internal operations, hiring processes, and executive-level coordination.

This is a junior role with strong growth potential. AI proficiency is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes and candidate coordination
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars
  • Communicate with applicants and maintain hiring pipelines
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
  • Help organize HR records and internal workflows
  • Support executives with administrative and personal assistant tasks
  • Manage meetings, reminders, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
  • Draft emails, documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency and automate workflows
  • Assist with project coordination across departments
  • Perform internet research and gather business information when needed
  • Support internal operational and team-management tasks

Requirements

  • Strong AI proficiency is mandatory
  • Must actively use tools such as AI assistants, automation tools, and modern productivity software
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Strong internet research abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot, or CRM systems
  • Experience using AI for workflow optimization
  • Interest in technology, startups, fintech, AI, or cybersecurity
