Head of Recruiting (m/w/d)

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources.
• Professional experience in recruiting, talent management, and employer branding.
• Confident use of common software programs.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in working with personnel service providers is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.

Responsibilities

• Support and independent handling of the entire recruiting process up to the onboarding of new employees.
• Conducting active sourcing as well as direct approach and recruitment of potential candidates.
• Development and implementation of measures in the area of employer branding.
• Processing and support of tasks in personnel administration.
• Participation in trade fairs and career events to attract new talent.
• Close cooperation and coordination with personnel service providers.
• Active participation throughout the entire employee life cycle.

• Working hours: Monday - Friday between 06:30 and 17:00
