This is a contract position with a possibility of hire.

This is a rare dual role that sits at the heart of how we run — equal parts people operations and executive support. You'll be the connective tissue between our leadership team and the rest of the organization, turning strategy into action and making sure our culture shows up in the details. People Operations

  • Own and execute core HR processes — onboarding, offboarding, org chart maintenance, and records management
  • Coordinate and support the annual performance review cycle, working closely with Operations, Finance, and Accounting
  • Manage compensation processes including bonus payouts and ensure accuracy in partnership with leadership
  • Support the people experience budget — tracking spend, flagging opportunities, and keeping the team on plan
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all employee matters, compensation, and sensitive business information
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership on people-related decisions — you help connect the dots

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Manage calendars, travel, and expense reporting for the leadership team with efficiency and discretion
  • Execute on the priorities, projects, and initiatives that leadership creates — you make the plan a reality
  • Maintain and update the organizational chart as the team grows and evolves
  • Keep leadership organized and moving — anticipating needs before they become asks

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Plan and execute employee appreciation moments, team lunches, and company events that people actually look forward to
  • Own the people experience budget and bring creative ideas that make the comp a place people are proud to work
  • Be the person who remembers the details — the birthdays, the milestones, the things that make people feel seen
