About Us
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand selling products that help older adults find relief from chronic pain. Our team is lean, performance-driven, and scaling fast — and we need the right people to keep up.
We're looking for a proactive HR Manager / Recruiter who owns the full sourcing and outreach pipeline. This is not a traditional HR role — you'll be spending most of your time identifying talent, building lists, and reaching out to candidates for open positions across our marketing department.
We handle qualification internally once candidates complete a test task. Your job is to fill the top of the funnel.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying open positions we need to fill (we'll brief you)
- Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Building targeted lists and executing outreach campaigns
- Managing pipelines and keeping candidate tracking organized
- Coordinating test task distribution and follow-up

What we're looking for:
- You are confident in finding the right people for marketing and creative roles — even when they're not actively looking
- Experienced in cold outreach (LinkedIn, email) and not dependent on waiting for applications to come in
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
