Your Role

As an HR Manager with a focus on recruiting, you will be primarily responsible for building and scaling our team. You will develop our recruiting structure, find talent for a wide range of areas, and guide them from the first contact to successful onboarding. You will work closely with management and team leads and have significant scope to shape our people and recruiting processes from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process (end-to-end)
  • Close collaboration with management & departments to clarify the need for new roles
  • Creation, optimization, and publication of job advertisements
  • Recruiting specialists and team leader positions
  • Active candidate search (Active Sourcing e.g., via LinkedIn)
  • Conducting initial interviews and coordinating the interview process
  • Building structured hiring & interview processes
  • Further development of our onboarding
  • Building attractive benefits for the team
  • Support with HR topics such as contract preparation, processes, documentation
  • In the future: Co-shaping employer branding & people culture

Your Profile

  • Initial relevant experience in recruiting / HR (startup or scale-up experience is a plus)
  • Structured, independent way of working and a high standard of quality
  • Very good communication skills and a good feel for people
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and building things
  • Interest in a wide variety of roles & business areas
  • Hands-on mentality: you think along, get involved, and continuously optimize

Requirements

  • Erste relevante Erfahrung im Recruiting / HR (Startup- oder Scale-up-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
