As a non-profit climate protection company at the interface of business and NGOs, our core business is CO₂ compensation through the development of our own renewable energy projects in developing countries. In addition, we advise companies with green energy solutions, tools, and the creation of specialized software. Our office in Berlin Neukölln with 40 employees, as well as country managers and partner companies in Europe, Asia, and Africa, form the basis for successful climate protection and multiple awards as a quality market leader. Behind atmosfair is an advisory board with representatives from environmental NGOs and the BMU, high-ranking patrons from politics and science, as well as prominent supporters.
For our growing team in Berlin, we are looking for support as an
HR Manager / Recruiting (d/m/w)
Your Responsibilities
- You are jointly responsible with the Head of HR for recruiting from job posting to contract for our locations in Berlin, Barcelona, and Nigeria.
- You prepare job postings and distribute them within the atmosfair job network.
- You maintain the atmosfair applicant pool and are in direct contact with applicants and headhunters working for atmosfair.
- You directly approach suitable candidates (Active Sourcing e.g. via LinkedIn).
- You organize and manage the monthly get-to-know-you day and job interviews.
- You maintain and expand the atmosfair job network consisting of job platforms, social media channels, service providers, freelancers, initiatives, etc.
- You establish contact with universities with relevant chairs and organize atmosfair's presence at job fairs.
- You continuously analyze recruiting measures and ensure efficient organization in the recruiting process.
- You report to the Head of HR and the management.
Your Profile
- Completed degree / training with a focus on personnel / HR.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR.
- Ideally, experience with Personio.
- Self-initiative and the motivation to make a difference for climate protection.
- Strong linguistic and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
