With your experience, know-how, and passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

  • Independent creation and coordination of content for our social media channels, career portal, and intranet.
  • Creation and implementation of concepts to support internal communication within the framework of employee engagement, with the goal of employee retention.
  • Conception, coordination, and implementation of measures to promote diversity.
  • Further development and creation of publications and media in employer branding in accordance with our corporate design.
  • Independent planning and participation in regional and supra-regional university fairs and career days, as well as support in organization.
  • Conception, coordination, and implementation of campaigns and measures to attract junior, specialist, and management staff in close coordination with recruiting management.
  • Leading and implementing projects and events in HR marketing.

What You Should Bring

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Communication Studies, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification with relevant affinity and experience in employer branding and communication.
  • Several years of professional experience in employer branding or HR, preferably in the high-tech sector.
  • Proven experience in formulating target-group-specific texts and conceptualizing measures to increase and market employer attractiveness.
  • Excellent command of language and excellent communication skills, combined with very good German and good English language skills.
  • Expertise regarding the influence and impact of communication and media.
  • Enthusiasm for contact and communication, as well as moderation skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and to develop your own solutions and improvement suggestions.
  • Interest in MBDA's products and innovations, as well as in the company's or industry's industrial and political environment.

What We Will Offer You

  • Flexible working hours (flexitime).
  • Partial mobile working possible (home office option).
  • Up to €88,000 gross annual salary in the 1st year of employment (for 40 hrs./week).
  • If the job requirements are not fully met, entry with a development plan including a secured salary perspective.
  • Automatic increase of gross annual salary by up to 14% within the first two years of employment.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Affinität und Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding und Kommunikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Employer Branding oder Personal, vorzugsweise im High-Tech-Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der zielgruppengerechten Formulierung von Texten und der Konzeption von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung und Vermarktung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität
  • Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl sowie sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Verbindung mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Expertise hinsichtlich des Einflusses und der Wirkung von Kommunikation und Medien
  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreude sowie Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit zum konstruktiven Feedback sowie zur Ausarbeitung eigener Lösungs- und Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Interesse an den Produkten und Innovationen der MBDA sowie am industriellen und politischen Umfeld des Unternehmens bzw. der Branche

Responsibilities

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung sowie Abstimmung von Inhalten für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, das Karriereportal sowie das Intranet
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation im Rahmen des Employee Engagements mit dem Ziel der Mitarbeiterbindung
  • Konzeption, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Diversity
