About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and organized HR / Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across a variety of non-technical roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a direct impact on team growth.
In addition to recruiting, this role requires a strong HR background to support employee relations, performance management, and client-facing HR initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source and attract top talent across non-technical roles
- Screen candidates and manage interview processes
- Deliver a strong, positive candidate experience
- Provide insights and improve recruiting strategies
- Support employee relations and help address HR-related issues
- Conduct and manage 30/60/90-day performance reviews for employees and clients
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing employee engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience (non-technical focus preferred)
- Strong HR foundation, including employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Zoom, Teams, or ATS platforms
