Our client in Dube, Soweto is looking to employ an HR Officer with solid generalist experience for their Financial Services operation. We are looking for a mature, deadline-driven, energetic person with solid English communication skills. Immediate start preferred, but we will wait a notice period for the right person. Must be resident around Johannesburg South area. This position is open to all suitably experienced candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contract management
- Solid and current knowledge of BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation
- IR exposure and knowledge of disciplinary process
- HR Administration as needed
- Running the Payroll
- Time sheets
- Other duties as requested by manager
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience as HR Generalist, with exposure to disciplinary procedure
- Able to run payroll
- Strong Excel skills
- MS Office literacy
- Own reliable vehicle

Package & Remuneration
Salary is R30 000 CTC per month, negotiable on experience.
