Human Resources Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re hiring a Human Resources Operations Manager to support a growing transportation and logistics organization with over 300 employees. This is a hands‑on HR role where you’ll work closely with leadership while supporting a diverse workforce, including office staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead employee relations and handle workplace issues
• Support managers and employees with HR guidance
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliance
• Manage HR systems (ADP Workforce Now)
• Oversee benefits programs
• Support HR reporting, budgeting, and vendor management
• Be a visible HR presence across the business

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a leadership or senior role
• Strong employee relations experience
• Knowledge of Employment Standards
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments
• Comfortable working with all levels (executives to frontline staff)
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS

Nice to have

• HR designation (or working toward it)
• Payroll experience
• Six Sigma White Belt
