Elevate your HR career as an Organization Effectiveness Analyst with TDBG in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on governance, policy development, and effective organization design initiatives.

As an HR Specialized Analyst II, you will support the Organization Effectiveness team, reporting to the Senior Manager. Your responsibilities will include planning BAU governance activities, conducting end-to-end analyses, and developing job models. Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leaders to contribute to business strategy and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BAU governance activities and JIRA requests
• Support development and deployment of job models
• Conduct detailed HR review analyses and present findings
• Create presentations for complex conceptual topics
• Lead additional processes as required

Requirements

• University degree; HR or Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in Workday and position management processes
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to solve complex problems through consultation
