Your new role
As Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will join the People Operations team on a permanent basis, supporting end-to-end payroll delivery while also providing high-quality HR administrative support across the employee life cycle. This is a hands-on, varied role ideally suited to someone with strong Irish payroll experience who is looking to further develop their career across both payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end administration of Irish monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll-related queries
- Administration of company benefits in line with internal policies
- Supporting internal and external audits requiring People Operations input
- Preparing and maintaining People Operations reports for multiple stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate employee records on the HRIS
- Managing purchasing activities for the People Operations team, including purchase orders and liaison with Finance
- Providing timely and professional support via the People Operations mailbox
- Acting as custodian of HR documentation and supporting compliance activities
- Collaborating closely with People Operations and Finance colleagues
- Supporting additional People Operations projects and initiatives as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Irish payroll administration (in-house or outsourced)
- IPASS Payroll Technician qualification (Essential*)
- Experience providing HR administration support
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when handling sensitive data
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience supporting EU-funded projects or complex reporting
