Job Description
As an HR Program Manager within the Global Publishing Talent Development team, you will lead cross-functional HR projects with an international scope, working closely with multiple stakeholders. In parallel, you will support the HRBP Director in managing French social relations and overseeing employee representative bodies, in compliance with legal and social frameworks.
Responsibilities
Coordination & HR Project Management
- Coordinate and monitor cross-functional HR projects (e.g., listening & engagement, talent initiatives, wellbeing, projects related to HR tools or processes).
- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of the Global Publishing HR roadmap, aligned with Group HR strategy.
- Structure project management: planning, action tracking, communication.
- Ensure the smooth operational execution of projects, in collaboration with contributing teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of monitoring and reporting materials.
International & Multi-Stakeholder Environment
- Collaborate daily with HR teams located in different countries (Europe, North America, APAC).
- Interact with various profiles: HRBPs, Talent & L&D teams, HR Ops, global teams.
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and coordination among stakeholders.
- Learn to navigate flexibly in a matrix environment with multiple priorities.
French Social Relations Management
In support of the CSE President, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and co-leading meetings with the CSE (agenda, meeting materials, legal responses, information and/or consultation notes, minutes).
- Preparing and co-leading collective agreement negotiation meetings.
- Ensuring the monitoring and implementation of collective agreements.
- Coordinating interactions with the Group and the Central CSE.
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and the social calendar.
- Maintaining legal and social watch.
Qualifications
- Initial experience in cross-functional project management, coordination, or PMO, ideally in a corporate or international environment.
- Good understanding of HR issues and experience in social relations, with a solid command of labor law and employee representative bodies (IRP).
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in complex and matrix environments.
- Excellent organizational, structuring, communication, and writing skills.
- Rigor, sense of priorities, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor, diplomacy, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, agility, and a desire to develop skills in global HR topics.
- Fluent English is essential.
