PXT Program Manager, Operational Excellence

About the Role

The PXT Program Manager, Operational Excellence is a strategic leadership role within the OnePXT FRBE PMO. This position is accountable for defining and driving the strategy of complex, cross-functional PXT programs across the France and Belgium (FRBE) region, with considerable impact on Amazon's OneOps Business Lines and thousands of employees across multiple sites. You will operate with a high degree of independence in an environment of ambiguity - where business problems may not be well-defined and program strategies may not yet exist. You will drive clarity, influence without direct authority, and act as a force multiplier across the FRBE and broader EU PXT organization. You will regularly advise Senior Managers and Directors. This is a temporary assignment until Dec-26.

Key job responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy, mission, and management of large, complex PXT programs across the FRBE region
• Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with considerable organizational impact, managing trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term strategic goals
• Use data to drive decisions, influence business strategy, and shape resource allocation across teams and business lines
• Identify, simplify, and eliminate excess process; create predictable process paths that increase team productivity and delivery speed
• Negotiate priorities and resources across a matrixed organization; unblock teams and increase speed of delivery
• Communicate effectively with Directors and Senior Management; write narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs) and build consensus among discordant views
• Support works councils involvement on topics where required

A day in the life

As a PXT Program Manager in the FR PMO, you will be accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of complex programs that shape how PXT operates across the DAN region and beyond. You will work closely with country leads, Senior Managers, Directors, and EU PXT stakeholders - driving alignment, building consensus, and ensuring programs deliver lasting impact. You will proactively identify opportunities to simplify how work gets done, challenge the status quo with data-backed proposals, and set standards that others follow. Your work will have cross-regional visibility and will directly influence Amazon's people strategy implementation in the DAN region.

Le profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization
• Professional experience in a comparable role, with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity
• Relevant experience owning the strategy and full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs
• High proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
• Advanced or Master's degree
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
• Familiarity with HR technologies and People Experience (PX) best practices
• Demonstrated ability to write effective narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs) and present to senior leadership
