Seeking an experienced HR Project Manager for a remote contract role in Life Sciences.
Lead the HR workstream of an enterprise transformation involving a newly acquired business unit.
Manage project planning, HR systems, change management, and cross-team coordination across Delivery, Platform, Vendor, and Architecture.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of large-scale project management
- Software development experience
- API knowledge
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday and Clarity PPM
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Agile skills
- PMP certification is preferred
- Must work on W2 basis with compliance to AI-driven screening processes.
