HR Project Manager

About

Our client, one of the market leaders in Europe in the automotive aftermarket industry, is looking for an HR Project Manager to get involved in moving the HR processes within the company to the next level through digitalization.

Responsibilities

• SuperUser for the HR system Rexx;
• Project Manager for the introduction of this system in multiple offices of the company, internationally;
• Act like an HR manager for specific groups of employees;
• Help with the implementation of new HR processes and projects;

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of HR management experience in Switzerland;
• You are very familiar with the Swiss labor law;
• Project management experience in the field of digitalization is desired;
• You are technology oriented and are skilled in using different IT tools;
• You have a hands-on mentality, an ability to shape and build;
• You are a great communicator and you have intercultural competences;
• You are hard working and reliable;
• German is your mother tongue and you have at least a B2 level in English;

Additional Information

• This is a 100% full-time permanent contract;
• On-site presence is mandatory, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 per week;
• If you love to travel, this opportunity is for you. About 80% of the time you'll be traveling for business purposes.
