About the role
Overview
HR Project Manager – 6‑month assignment (Start: Early May)
Lead and deliver key HR initiatives over a six‑month period, bringing strong project‑management discipline, stakeholder management, and hands‑on HR experience.
Responsibilities
- HR Process Mapping – End‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, off‑boarding, etc.). Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities; produce standardized, documented, user‑friendly process maps.
- Project Management – Build and maintain a clear project plan with deliverables, timeline, and risk tracking. Methodically track milestones and progress. Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Engage with HR teams, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect insights, conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions. Drive adoption of new processes and support change initiatives.
- Documentation & Change Support – Draft high‑quality process maps, workflows, guidelines, and SOPs. Support change management by preparing and training resources to ensure clarity, consistency, and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mapping HR processes.
- Experience working within Human Resources, ideally with exposure to HR projects, HR systems, and HR tools.

- Strong stakeholder‑management skills: able to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Structured and methodical work style: strong analytical mindset, ability to simplify complexity and produce clear, professional project plans.
Languages
- Excellent oral and written English (required).
- Additional languages are an asset.
