- befristet auf 12 Monate -
What You Can Expect:
- Exciting Tasks: You will play a central role in the "Grading" project: From creating structured project timelines to identifying dependencies, you will ensure that all workstreams mesh smoothly and all project content is managed securely.
- Project Work: You will actively participate in the content development of the "Grading" project, create professional documentation, accompany workshops, and prepare coordination meetings.
- Expertise & Training: During onboarding, you will gain a detailed overview of Hermes' existing and future job evaluation systems. Subsequently, you will be the central point of contact and expert for specialist departments, managers, and HR colleagues on the topic of job evaluation, create informational materials, conduct job evaluations, and hold training sessions.
- Scope for Design: You will have the opportunity to significantly shape modern HR processes. Whether it's building new processes for handling employee inquiries, further developing evaluation methods, or harmonizing the role architecture – your ideas will flow directly into the future of HR at Hermes.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and other project stakeholders. We are a small, motivated team that values open communication, mutual support, and moving forward together.
What You Should Bring:
- You have relevant professional experience in the HR environment and have already proven your skills in responsible roles in HR projects.
- You have a good understanding of company-wide organizational structures and process-related contexts, or you have the motivation to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with these topics.
- Experience in areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, or Job Evaluation/Grading is an advantage – but not a must.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking are among your strengths – you can structure complex content and present it understandably for different target groups.
- Legal requirements (e.g., Pay Transparency Act) do not deter you – you enjoy translating such requirements into pragmatic, practical HR processes.
- You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and confidently – both with HR colleagues and with managers and other stakeholders.
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is a matter of course for you.
- Team spirit, a structured way of working, and a high standard of quality complete your profile.
