About
As HR Project Manager EMEA, you will co-create and roll out Talent and Development programs across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Specialties. You’ll partner with business units and HR peers to drive employee growth, retention, and alignment with Colas values, culture, and D&I priorities. You’ll lead cross-country talent and performance initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to optimize learning and leadership development. This role offers impact at scale within a global infrastructure leader and a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor talent policy across EMEA & Specialties
- Support HR and business leaders in conducting Talent reviews
- Lead the annual PMGM performance review cycle across EMEA for consistency and quality
- Analyze performance dashboards and propose actions to improve reviews
- Support deployment of Bouygues and Colas development programs with local HR teams
- Conduct learning needs assessments and design capability-building programs
- Coordinate development programs to boost engagement, retention, and leadership growth
- Contribute to culture initiatives and D&I programs
- Collaborate with EMEA Data analyst to develop dashboards and track KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business decisions
- Ensure alignment with Group standards while adapting to local needs
- Identify process improvements and optimize tools and programs
Requirements
- Master in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5 years of HR project management or Learning & Development experience in an international environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across culturally diverse teams
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working in a matrix, multi-country setting
- Experience facilitating sessions; familiarity with digital learning platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Proficiency in Excel; HRIS/learning systems experience is a plus
- Languages: English and French fluent; additional languages a plus
