Overview
The role entails overseeing the quality performance and support of Human Resources services within a classified environment, managing junior resources across an enterprise-wide Human Resources program for multiple clients and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment team with advisory and coordination services across all phases of the recruitment and staffing process, including records management
- Assisting with the implementation of processes and procedures for hiring and placement actions
- Contributing to client's strategic, enterprise-wide approach to talent management and acquisition through both internal placement and external recruitment support
- Providing support for recruitment products and platforms, including industry-leading tools and applicant management systems (e.g., Yello)
- Assisting with data collection and reporting on hiring metrics, attrition rates, timelines, vacancy announcements, and workforce projections, including metrics and support to the ITRB
- Coordinating with hiring teams to develop products detailing the client's external hiring statistics and hiring pool candidate data
- Providing technical administrative support to assignment and placement programs, recruitment and internship programs, and other emerging HR operations initiatives
- Supporting strategic communications, program evaluations, recruitment and outreach planning, internship reporting, and documentation of recruiting demographics
- Supporting marketing initiatives through print and web-based advertising for client's recruiting, hiring, placement, and internship programs
- Providing event management support for agency hiring events, including coordination with career fields, program managers, and applicants
Qualifications
- TS SCI Clearance
- Ability to obtain a CI poly prior to start
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years in HR business management experience, or administrative experience; familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred
- Solid MS Office skills
Compensation
- Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
