Your Role:
- Project Leadership Transformation: You will independently manage HR projects in the context of organizational changes and restructurings.
- Strategic Design: You will develop HR concepts that not only work on paper but also operationally secure the strategic direction of the company.
- Expert Advisory: You will act as a valued sparring partner for stakeholders and provide precise advice on complex personnel management and labor law issues.
- Stakeholder Management: You will moderate between specialist departments and ensure that all realized transformation processes are carried along.
- Monitoring & Reporting: You will keep an eye on KPIs and project risks and provide data-based decision-making foundations.
What distinguishes you:
- Experience in the "Champions League": You have sound experience in managing complex HR projects (ideally restructuring, change management, or post-merger integration).
- Academic Foundation: A completed degree (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or Project Management) forms your basis.
- Labor Law Expertise: You know what is legally important for organizational changes.
- Communicative Sovereignty: You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently - even when dealing with difficult messages.
- Analytical Foresight: You work in a structured manner and keep the "Big Picture" in mind even at high speed.
