The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a naturally outgoing personality. You’ll be at the centre of our hiring and onboarding process, playing a key role in building and supporting our team.

This role involves managing multiple responsibilities—from coordinating interviews to onboarding new hires—so organization, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

Compensation

  • $20/hour during 90-day probation
  • $45,000 base salary after probation
  • $5,000–$10,000 annual performance bonuses
  • Quarterly incentives
  • Company-paid travel opportunities 🌴 (Upcoming trips include Rome, Italy & Costa Rica this year)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration
  • Post and manage job listings across platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Perform background checks
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Book travel (flights & accommodations)
  • Assist with event planning and team activities
  • Support payroll and HR operations (training provided)
  • Participate in team calls and ongoing development sessions

  • Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
  • Impressive and professional image and demeanour
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Participate in extra-curricular team events (company paid for)
  • Self-starter who is career driven

Priority Qualifications

Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Sales/Customer service experience
  • Other complimentary skills such as but not exclusive to: Excel/Data analyst skills, Event planning, Accounting, Website development.
