Job Description:

We are seeking an HR/Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while assisting with day-to-day HR functions. This role is heavily focused on talent acquisition and onboarding, with additional exposure to employee relations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment and engaging with a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
• Coordinate and track candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and internal tools
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and provide general HR support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hiring procedures
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR
• Background supporting hiring within transportation, logistics, or warehouse environments preferred
• Experience using HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
