HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals and possess strong communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to source relevant candidates Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates as per job requirements Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and updates Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offer process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously Good organizational and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Experience in recruitment for industries like hospitality/restaurant (preferred but not mandatory)
