Elite Executive Partners is seeking an HR Recruiter to support a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while driving talent acquisition efforts that support overall business success. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and computer skills. You should be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to ensure operational efficiency while attracting and hiring top talent that adds maximum value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms as needed
  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow established office workflows to maintain efficiency
  • Provide support for HR functions as needed
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues professionally

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and hiring processes
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software is a plus
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
