Recruitment Resourcer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates across various industries.

Duties

• Conduct research and utilize various channels to identify potential candidates through cold calling, lead generation, and social media outreach.
• Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives by engaging with passive candidates and building talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Participate in training & development programs to stay current with best practices in recruiting, sourcing strategies, and HR technology tools.
• Collaborate with HR team members on employee relations initiatives and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with familiarity in HR sourcing techniques.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to conduct interviewing sessions confidently while assessing candidate qualifications accurately.
• Excellent research skills combined with cold calling experience to generate leads and build candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with human resources practices related to employee relations and training & development is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
