Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support overall HR operations. This is a remote opportunity ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Post and manage job listings on portals like Indeed, social media, and other platforms

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Manage HR documentation and onboarding processes

• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication

• Support day-to-day HR operations and compliance

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong time management and follow-up skills

• Target-driven and proactive attitude
