The Düsseldorfer Kliniken der St. Franziskus-Stiftung have a Flexpool with qualified nurses who are deployed flexibly on the wards to compensate for absences and relieve the teams on site. The Flexpool serves the Augusta-Krankenhaus Düsseldorf, the Krankenhaus Elbroich Düsseldorf, the Marien Hospital Düsseldorf, the St. Vinzenz-Krankenhaus Düsseldorf, and the St. Elisabeth-Hospital Meerbusch.
Your goal as a Recruiter is to attract qualified nurses from the job market for the Flexpool. The Flexpool offers nurses the opportunity to shape their working hours flexibly and self-determinedly. At the same time, the model ensures that colleagues in the permanent teams can rely on their shift schedule and that their free time remains predictable. This modern working concept sustainably strengthens work-life balance and contributes to long-term employee satisfaction.
The Flexpool employees are coordinated by the Flexbüro. You will be part of this team, which consists of a Head, a Coordinator, and a Recruiter. The Flexbüro works closely and trustingly with the nursing management and the HR department. Together, you form a dynamic team with responsible tasks, high creative power, and a clear focus on modern, reliable personnel deployment planning.
Your tasks
- As a Recruiter, you will implement effective online and offline campaigns to ensure fast and precise placement between the needs of the wards and the job market.
- Weekly, you will provide fresh content and creative content on our social media channels to increase the visibility of our job market campaigns and specifically target qualified nurses.
- You enjoy producing short videos and authentically presenting the stories of our pool employees externally.
- With your skill in conducting job interviews, you will get to know potential nurses comprehensively and win the best talents for the Flexpool.
- You will manage the entire application process and ensure a smooth workflow from the initial contact to hiring.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You have sound knowledge of using social media for recruitment.
- Excellent skills in using common office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools complete your profile.
- You are able to quickly build a good rapport with applicants to inspire them for the Verbund Katholischer Kliniken Düsseldorf.
- You possess excellent communication and enthusiasm skills and are able to relate to different personalities.
